The essentials before ordering
Café Americano is served at 18 MAD at the Chill’in Corner, Instafood’s drinks counter on the 2nd floor of Al Mougar Mall, Souissi and Hay Riad, Rabat. The price shown here is the till price and the ordering-tunnel price: no channel markup, and every option shows its price before the basket is confirmed.
The drink is part of the counter’s eight coffees, from the Espresso at 16 MAD to the Cappuccino at 30 MAD: the coffee in Rabat page gives the full ladder to compare before choosing. Three ways to receive it: dine-in during service, takeaway after ordering online with live statuses, or delivery by the Instafood team in the same basket as the dishes. Service Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 10 pm. A customer account opens the loyalty card: a reward on the 5th order, a full menu on the 10th.
The Americano in detail: what you drink
A freshly pulled espresso, poured over hot water. It is the reverse gesture of the allongé, and that is what gives the Americano its profile: a long, clean coffee, no burnt bitterness, faithful to the American classic.

Who it is made for
The Americano speaks to those raised on filter coffee or long blacks: generous volume, frank taste, zero milk. It is also the natural pick if the Espresso at 16 MAD feels too short and the Crème at 20 MAD too soft.
Served to order, it arrives hot and clean, never reheated, which remains the most audible difference in a long coffee.

At midday it accompanies without dominating: beside a Classico burger at 42 MAD or a Fresca salad at 45 MAD, it plays the table coffee that a short shot cannot.
