Delivery in Rabat

Instafood has only one active address in Rabat, at Centre Al Mougar in Souissi. Depending on where you are and the day, several ways to get your order stay open, each with its own rules:

When the service is active, direct delivery covers a limited radius around Souissi. The address is verified before checkout, and the delivery fee is shown before you confirm the order, never after.

No delivery time in minutes is shown, and no minimum order is announced: what appears before checkout is the verified address and the matching delivery fee.

Since September 1, 2026, the service has been paused while delivery riders are being recruited. Direct delivery depends on availability (the day's status is shown when you order); takeaway (click & collect) and dine-in are always possible.

Besides direct delivery based on the day’s availability shown when you order, Instafood orders can also go through Glovo, which applies its own fees and surcharges on menu prices. This is a useful option when direct delivery is not active that day, or for an address outside the verified radius: the price shown on Glovo then includes the platform's own fees, different from those of direct delivery.

Neither Glovo nor direct delivery replaces dine-in or takeaway (click & collect): these two options stay open every day the restaurant is open, without depending on a particular area or day.

The InstaGold loyalty program runs on a 10-order cycle, on the account used to order. Points are credited at handover or delivery, whichever mode is chosen that day: dine-in, takeaway (click & collect) or direct delivery when it is running. On the 5th order of the cycle, a Milkshake Oreo or a Jus d'Orange pressé is free if added to the cart. The cap is then 50 MAD. On the 10th, an Insta Crousty meal and a Corner coffee are free if added to the cart. The cap rises to 100 MAD. Tiers range from Bronze to Gold, Black and Legend.

Whether the order is dine-in, takeaway (click & collect) or direct delivery when it is running, tracking happens on the site and by notification, from checkout to handover. View the menu and order shows the net price of each product before you check out.
